We are looking for a developer willing to learn Appian. This is a junior role, so you can still be doing your bachelor, but it is important you are close to present your final project or that you have already finished. We'd like you to be able to: -Multitask efficiently and progressively and work comfortably in an ever-changing data environment -Work well in a team environment as well as independently -Have strong initiative: must be able to take a high-level requirement, ask questions/seek clarifications, and get the job done -Be able to work in a high-pressured, tight-deadline environment The first month, you will receive training for Appian. During this time, you will be part of the company, and have all the benefits we offer. You will also have a senior developer available to help you with anything you need to complete the training. Your responsibilities include: -Design, develop, modify, integrate, test, deploy and support enterprise-level BPM applications. -Translate business process software requirement specifications into prototypes and solutions. -Support data gathering and analysis to facilitate risk mitigation and issue resolution. -Deliver projects using Agile development methodology. Requirements to apply: -Proficient in professional and technical English, both oral and written. -BS in Computer Science or related field. -Familiarity with Agile Methodologies. -Experience designing and delivering complex, highly-scalable software components.
