✅ We are eager to talk to you if you have: 👉 3 years of hands-on business development experience selling software or software implementation services, mainly in facilities management, workplace service delivery, asset management, or human resources management. 👉 1 year of experience selling ServiceNow software or services. 👉 A good understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem. 👉 Existing customer relationships in the ServiceNow, IWMS, and facilities management marketplace (highly preferred). 👉 The ability to work with multiple team members with the focus of winning new business. 👉 Proven track record of achieving sales goals and targets. 👉 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ✅ About the role: 👉 You will be a team player who can consistently achieve targets and deliver results. 👉 You will be responsible for reselling ServiceNow software as well as implementation and support services. 👉 As a Business development associate, you will play a critical role in the success of our SNOW practice. 👉 You will manage lead generation, new business prospecting, and grow business across multiple verticals, including public sector and commercial organizations. 👉 You will be responsible for coordinating with solution consultants, bid management teams, and solution architects to ensure successful bid submissions and wins. ✅ Key responsibilities: 👉 Develop strategies and generate revenues by reselling ServiceNow software and implementation services to customers in the United States and Canada. 👉 Qualify and develop sales leads for SNOW software sales and implementation services through existing contacts as well as by sourcing and scouting online / web resources. 👉 Identify, develop, and leverage relationships with decision makers and shape opportunities to win new business. 👉 Leverage existing relationships with the customer base to generate quick wins. 👉 Develop and manage key account base to achieve short- and long-term sales objectives. 👉 Work closely with the bid management team, solution consultants, and architects to develop a winning response to RFPs and win business. 👉 Establishes strong client relationships through unsolicited outreach, cold calls, and networking. 👉 Take ownership and accountability for revenue targets and sales projections. 👉 Drive the development of sales strategies that will produce consistent and predictable results. 👉 Provide visibility into pipeline development and revenues by maintaining accurate records using the CRM sales tool. 👉 Act as a key liaison between clients and Quantum Strides for presenting sales presentations. 👉 Represent Quantum Strides at events, conferences, and trade shows to generate new business and promote brand awareness. ----------- Quantum Strides LLC is using Agile Recruitment for this process.
