Requirements and responsibilities

Responsibilities: * Run cold email outreach campaigns (Smartlead experience a plus). * Handle inbound responses and move leads through to a first purchase. * Manage CRM pipeline (organize, update, and track all prospects). * Write persuasive emails and follow-ups that build trust. * Jump on short calls if needed to close deals (training provided). * Maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat orders. * Report weekly on conversions and pipeline progress. Requirements: * Excellent written English (must sound professional & credible). * Sales-driven — motivated by closing and hitting targets. * Previous experience in outreach, B2B sales, or client communications. * Detail-oriented with strong follow-through (no lead left cold). * Reliable internet + availability during U.S. hours. * Spanish/Portuguese bilingual is a plus, not required. Compensation: * Base salary: \$600–1200 USD/month, depending on experience. * Performance bonuses: * \$50 bonus for every new customer you close who places their first order. * \$10–15 bonus per repeat load for the first 6–12 months of that customer’s account. * Long-term role with growth opportunity. Top performers will be rewarded.
