Responsibilities & more

Listings & Claims Management: * Optimize product listings (titles, keywords, images) for visibility and conversions. * Resolve Amazon claims, A-to-Z issues, and inventory discrepancies. * Submit cases to Seller Support and follow up on reimbursements. * Conduct price checks, listing audits, and category approvals. * Upload flat files for bulk listing updates or corrections. Data & Reporting: * Build and maintain Excel dashboards tracking KPIs (sales, refunds, PPC performance). * Monitor account health metrics (ODR, late shipments, valid tracking rate). * Track inventory discrepancies and reconciliation reports. Project Coordination: * Follow up on action items (e.g., reimbursements, vendor/supplier communications). * Document processes and maintain records of Amazon cases and resolutions. * Assist with ad-hoc tasks like competitor research or Buy Box monitoring.
