Requirements and responsibilities


Part-Time Bilingual Operations Assistant (Social Media + Onboarding) Requirements * Excellent English fluency (spoken and written). Confident on Zoom and Slack. * Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace. * Prior experience in social media management, client onboarding, or CRM/admin support. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Comfortable using Google Workspace, Trello/Asana, CRM platforms, and social scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or similar). * Available 3 hours per day (M–F), preferably overlapping 11 am–2 pm Eastern Time for daily check-ins. Compensation * \$700/month (approx. \$11–\$12/hour). Responsibilities * Social Media Management: Schedule posts, monitor light engagement, and maintain content calendars. * Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through forms, portal setup, and asset collection. * Portal/CRM Management: Keep dashboards current, maintain client records, and track tasks. * Occasional Sales Support: Send follow-up emails or basic outreach messages to prospects. * Coordinate with the strategist during the overlap window for smooth task handoffs. * Proactively suggest small improvements to processes and tools. Nice to Have * Experience creating or editing content for social media captions. * Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools. * Previous work with U.S.-based marketing or SEO agencies.
