YOUR MISSIONS As an SAP HCM Project Manager, you will be involved in the management of integration projects, migrations, or third-party application maintenance in the various phases of implementation of our HRIS projects: * Manage HRIS projects, and coordinate the work of the project team, the workload, and the budget allocated to the project. * Manage projects from design to deployment of the solution. * Guarantee the quality of the service rendered and the respect of the deadlines and costs of the project. * Participate in corrective, preventive and evolutionary maintenance. * Prepare and lead design workshops and meetings with users on topics of expertise. * Assist and advise users and participate in the development of the use of the information system. * Provide technical assistance to project stakeholders. * Write training materials and application documentation. * Conduct legal and social monitoring. YOUR PROFILE * You have at least 5 to 10 years of experience in the HRIS consulting field and especially in SAP HCM. * At least 3 years of experience in project management, particularly in SAP / SuccessFactors, with associated follow-up (budget/workloads) and managing diverse teams. * You enjoy leading, convincing, training and transmitting. * Curious and passionate about new HRIS trends and practices, you are proactive and dynamic. * You are comfortable with HRIS tools (SAP Success Factors, Workday, Oracle HCM ...), the Office Pack, and collaborative tools.
