Requirements and responsibilities


Responsibilities: - Draft and organize demand letters, medical summaries, case intake notes, and other legal documents in English and Spanish. - Manage communication with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters in both languages. - Assist attorneys with case management tasks, including updating case files, tracking deadlines, and organizing documents. - Translate and proofread legal documents and correspondence to ensure accuracy and clarity. - Support with legal research and preparation of case materials relevant to personal injury claims. - Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive client information. - Must be HIPAA-certified or willing to complete certification immediately upon hire (training can be provided).
