• Managing payroll and time/attendance projects and teams involving optimization, strategy, organizational design, sourcing, and selection, and/or implementation support. • Operating and maintaining payroll and timekeeping systems while processing payroll semi-monthly and monthly. • Assisting in the development and implementation of payroll policies and procedures to ensure proper internal controls and efficient processes. • Reconciliation of payroll taxes, other payroll deductions, and payroll balance sheet accounts. • Processing new hires, terminations, status changes, tax changes, wage garnishments, deductions, direct deposits, and timesheet data, etc. • Creating and distributing payroll reports. • Reviewing timesheets, wage computation, and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies. • Building long-term business relationships with key executives through engagement delivery and networking in professional organizations. • Effectively assisting employees with payroll related concerns or guidance in a professional manner.
