• Own BlueVoyant Managed Security client relationship and overall journey. • Safeguard the clients MSS experience, providing consistency, reliability and repeatability in communication and documentation. • Interface between the client and the various Managed Security operations teams. • Own client issues from identification to resolution. • Maximize client relationship by building a rapport, trust, and confidence. • Engage with sales team to identify opportunities to expand client portfolio. • Uses professional and technical concepts to advise on best security practices to apply to customer environments. • Manages customer base independently with wide latitude for independent judgment and ownership of issues.
