We run the Amazon channel for about 25 consumer brands as their fractional Amazon COO: ads, listings, creative, catalog, inventory and strategy. Small team, fully remote. The job You own about five brands outright and lead their meetings: relationship, calls, email, strategy, Seller Central work, reporting, forecasting and restock planning. A shared bench supports you on creative and paid media. No pod and no account director between you and the client. One owner per brand. What decides this hire A Q4 forecast on our team was about 95% accurate and still had to be rebuilt, because it arrived as two links and a spreadsheet of discontinued products with no instruction. Right analysis, unusable delivery. So we screen for the second question: before you send anything, you work out what the client will ask next and answer it in the same message. What you need - Client-ready English, written and spoken. You can lead a call with a brand owner. - Amazon operating breadth: Seller Central, cases, catalog, listings, inventory and restock, brand registry. - Self-organization across five accounts with nobody chasing you. - Daily use of AI to carry execution volume, with evidence. - Enough advertising literacy to read a report and explain it. Agency or aggregator background is a strong plus. Pay: USD 2,000 to 3,000 per month, set by the book you can hold. How we hire We hire slowly and on purpose. We reply to every complete application within 5 business days. Next comes then a video call with a founder, then a paid trial for finalists. You are paid for the trial whether or not we hire you.
