Key Responsibilities:Execute testing for Salesforce workflows, objects, and business processesPerform end-to-end validation across Salesforce UI, APIs, and backend systemsValidate modules such as Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Cases, and OpportunitiesAnalyze logs and system behavior to identify and troubleshoot defectsCollaborate with QA, development, and business teams to resolve issuesPerform regression testing, UAT, and production validationTest integrations between Salesforce and external systems (APIs, middleware, databases)Verify data accuracy across Salesforce UI, database, and downstream systemsValidate business rules, validation rules, workflows, and process automationPerform testing of reports, dashboards, and data visibility rulesMonitor data flow and validate system behavior across integrated systemsRequired Skills & Qualifications:12+ years of QA testing experience in Salesforce applications - Sr LevelStrong understanding of Salesforce platform (Sales/Service Cloud concepts)Experience with API testing (REST services, Postman)Strong SQL skills for data validationExperience with Python (automation or scripting)Experience with defect tracking tools (Jira)Experience with UI automation tools (Playwright, Selenium, or similar)Experience testing Salesforce workflows, objects, and integrationsHealthcare domain knowledge including claims processing, member (eligibility, enrollment, benefits), authorization workflows, and appeals and grievancesStrong communication and collaboration skillsDetail-oriented with a strong quality mindsetExperience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentGood AI Agentic experience in creating Agents (Mid and Sr level)Good to Have:Salesforce certificationsExperience with TOSCA Test SuiteExperience with Salesforce automation tools or frameworksExperience in test automation frameworks (UI/API)
