About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and result-oriented IT Domestic Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment for the Indian market, with strong sourcing, screening, coordination, and candidate management skills.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions.Understand client requirements and source suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, notice period, and salary expectations.Conduct initial candidate interviews and assess suitability for open positions.Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.Negotiate salary, notice period, and other employment-related aspects with candidates.Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.Ensure timely submission of quality candidates to clients.Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.Follow up with candidates and clients until successful closure and joining.Required Skills1–4 years of experience in IT Domestic Recruitment / IT Staffing.Strong knowledge of the Indian IT recruitment market.Experience hiring for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, React, Angular, DevOps, Cloud, Data, QA, SAP, etc.Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong candidate screening and negotiation skills.Ability to work in a target-driven environment.Good understanding of IT job descriptions and technical requirements.Ability to manage multiple requirements and priorities simultaneously.What We OfferCompetitive salary with performance-based incentives.Opportunity to work with reputed clients and diverse IT requirements.Growth opportunities within the recruitment and staffing domain.Dynamic and performance-driven work environment.Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone who is energetic, target-oriented, proactive, and passionate about recruitment, with a strong focus on delivering quality candidates and successfully closing positions.Interested candidates can share their updated CV with us at contact@neubridgeconsulting.com
