As a Senior Quantitative Trader, you will join our interdisciplinary team to monitor, optimize, and enhance the overall performance of our trading strategies and systems. You'll work side-by-side traders, quants, and software engineers to develop new trading strategies, create novel and enhance existing valuation models and sources of alpha, and perform post-trade forensics on specific events of interest. You'll need a degree in STEM or a strong foundation in computers and programming, along with 5+ years of relevant industry experience. Working knowledge of machine learning, statistics, and CME tick-level futures market data is required. If you have a passion for the financial markets and strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: - Monitor, optimize, and enhance the overall performance of trading strategies and systems - Develop new trading strategies and enhance existing valuation models - Perform post-trade forensics on specific events of interest - Analyze overall trading performance - Work side-by-side with traders, quants, and software engineers
