Hi, I’m Cata Morales, Head of Customer Operations at Torre. We’re hiring a Marketing Operations Apprentice to help us grow in the revolution of how companies hire. This is a global, remote opportunity.

At Torre, we’re building AI recruiters that replicate human intuition. They automatically attract candidates, engage them, screen them, rank them, present them, and provide them with feedback. We analyze 100+ factors with 9 types of AI to match candidates with companies, teams, and leaders. The result: we make recruiting faster, more accurate, less discriminatory, and significantly less expensive. Our end goal is to build THE matching network for work.

💪 Why the opening?
We are growing very fast, and marketing is at the top of our funnel to attract clients, which led us to have multiple experiments and ideas in progress. For all of these, we need someone to help us with the operations behind it. Such as communicating with potential clients and ensuring our pipelines are up-to-date.
🧑💻 Your responsibilities:
They will vary depending on the experiments we work on, but for sure you will be communicating with potential clients, ensuring they have a good experience and that we maximize the chances of them converting into paid clients.

✨ Your potential career growth:
You will be working in the Customer Operations team, while supporting Marketing. So you can have multiple grow paths, either in Operations communicating or coaching clients, or in Marketing monitoring automations. Or even, you can grow to the Sales team. We are still a small team with multiple growth opportunities.
⚙️ The team:
You’ll report directly to me, the Head of Customer Operations. You’ll work closely with other team members also interacting with clients and of course the Marketing team.
