Requirements and responsibilities

About the Role: We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who can step in and take ownership of all things marketing from day one. This role is full-time, remote, and reports directly to the CEO. The goal is simple: grow leads and drive more web traffic through smart, hands-on marketing. What You’ll Do: - Manage and optimize SEO across our website to increase visibility and organic traffic. - Plan, run, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for cost-effective lead generation. - Build and maintain backlinks to improve domain authority and rankings. - Manage company website content and performance, keeping it up to date and engaging. - Oversee and grow social media presence across multiple platforms. - Track and report on performance metrics (traffic, conversions, cost per lead, ROI). - Identify new digital marketing opportunities to drive measurable results. What We’re Looking For: - Proven experience managing SEO, Google Ads, and digital marketing campaigns. - Strong knowledge of backlinking, analytics, and website optimization. - Experience with social media management and content creation. - Someone who can work independently, prioritize, and deliver results without hand-holding. - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate directly with the CEO.
