Location: Remote — preference for candidates who can overlap 4–6 hours with Singapore time. Who we’re looking for: * Proven experience in SEO link building and outreach, using platforms like Apollo.io or Instantly.ai to identify backlink prospects and manage email outreach campaigns. * Ability to find and qualify leads across YouTube, TikTok, blogs, and micro-influencers, distinguishing high-value targets. * Organized and independent, capable of maintaining clear records of outreach performance, automation results, and replies without relying on large paid budgets. Who this role is not for: * Candidates who cannot generate results without an ad budget. * Those who avoid cold outreach or do not personalize messages effectively. * Individuals requiring rigid systems and large budgets instead of using scrappy, test-driven creativity. What you'll do: * Identify and qualify SEO-focused outreach leads across YouTube, TikTok, blogs, and other platforms using tools like Apollo.io. * Write and send personalized cold emails that earn replies—bonus if you can add personality or originality to stand out in crowded inboxes. * Use and manage lightweight outreach tools to scale outreach while maintaining a human touch. * Keep organized records of lead lists, email variations, responses, and follow-ups to continually improve results. * Build lasting relationships with publishers, bloggers, and creators—securing SEO backlinks through authentic, value-driven outreach instead of paid placements.
