Position Overview: The Marketing Project Coordinator will oversee day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring projects run on time, on budget, and according to scope. This role is hands-on in agile sprint planning, Click Up project tracking, and cross-team communication, enabling the marketing team to execute campaigns efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities: Manage and track marketing projects using Click Up, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met. Facilitate agile sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives. Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and other marketing team members to keep workflows moving. Maintain project documentation, briefs, and status updates with high accuracy. Identify and resolve blockers to keep campaigns on track. Prepare reports and progress updates for leadership. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, project coordination, or similar role. Strong proficiency in Click Up or similar project management tools. Familiarity with agile methodologies in a marketing context. Excellent written and verbal communication in English (70/100 or higher). Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Nice-to-Haves: Experience working with US-based teams in EST hours. Familiarity with digital marketing campaign processes. Certification in agile project management or marketing operations.
