Requirements and responsibilities
Manage the design and permitting process for retrofit, reposition, and phased interior buildout projects across CoreSite's U.S. portfolio. This role is coordination-heavy and performed inside live, operating data centers across multiple markets. You'll work with the preconstruction team across finance, engineering, construction, acquisitions, power procurement, and owner-furnished equipment procurement to understand the full lifecycle of how a data center is sourced, funded, built, and operated.
