We are a collaborative, data-driven team that values innovation, continuous learning, and making a real impact for our clients and each other.The RoleWe are looking for a hands-on Google Ads / PPC Strategist to own and optimise campaigns for a portfolio of exciting DTC brands. You will manage the full Google ecosystem—Search, Shopping, PMax, Display, Demand Gen, and Video—with a relentless focus on ROI and scaling campaigns based on performance data.Key ResponsibilitiesManage & Optimise: Day-to-day health of Google Ads accounts including budgets, pacing, and proactive optimisation.Build & Launch: Create new campaigns, ad groups, and feed-based shopping structures.Analyse & Test: Conduct keyword research, search term analysis, and execute A/B tests on ad copy, bidding, and audiences.Collaborate: Brief creative teams on visual assets and prepare insight-led performance reports.Communicate: Participate in client calls and internal strategy sessions with confidence.Stay Current: Bring the latest Google Ads updates, betas, and best practices back to the team.Manage Feeds: Build and maintain product data feeds using DataFeedWatch and Google Merchant Center.Troubleshoot: Fix tracking issues and manage tag implementation.What You Bring (Required)2–4 years hands-on Google Ads experience in eCommerce/DTC (agency or multi-client exposure preferred).Solid working knowledge of Search, Shopping, Video, Demand Gen, and Performance Max.Strong analytical instincts – you know which questions to ask from a dashboard.Clear, confident written and verbal communication in English.Self-sufficient and proactive in a remote environment.Collaborative – you share wins and flag concerns early.Experience with feed platforms (e.g., DataFeedWatch).Bonus Points (Preferred)Cross-platform paid media experience (Meta, TikTok).Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.Google Ads certifications (Search, Shopping, or PMax).Prior experience with US or AU-based eCommerce brands.Benefits & PerksFully remote and flexible work environment.Work alongside a high-performing global team.Collaborate with fast-growing, exciting eCommerce brands.Culture that supports innovation, learning, and personal growth.Opportunity for bonuses and long-term engagement.
