System Blue Solutions is looking for an experienced Sales Representative who can confidently speak with business owners, present solutions, follow up professionally, and close qualified clients. We provide AI-trained Virtual Assistant and Executive Assistant services to small business owners, real estate professionals, and busy entrepreneurs who need reliable offshore support without the stress of hiring on their own. This is a commission-based contract role ideal for someone with strong sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to turn interested prospects into paying clients. What You'll Be Selling: - You will be selling AI-trained Virtual Assistant services designed to help business owners save time, delegate admin work, improve client follow-ups, organize operations, and get reliable support matched to their business needs. Our services are especially relevant for: - Small business owners. - Real estate agents and brokers. - Entrepreneurs. - Busy professionals who need admin, operations, CRM, or client support. What You'll Do: - Speak with qualified prospects and understand their business needs. - Present System Blue Solutions' VA services as a practical solution to client pain points. - Explain our services clearly and professionally. - Manage sales conversations from initial interest to closing. - Follow up consistently with interested leads. - Build trust and maintain professional client communication. - Track conversations, follow-ups, and sales activity. - Close successful clients for System Blue Solutions. What We're Looking For: - Proven experience in sales, business development, appointment setting, or account management. - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Ability to understand client needs and present tailored solutions. - Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers. - Strong follow-up habits and attention to detail. - Comfortable working in a performance-based role. - Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven. - Experience with virtual assistant services, outsourcing, staffing, real estate, or B2B sales is a plus. Note: Lead generation experience is a plus, but this role is primarily focused on sales conversations, follow-ups, and closing qualified prospects. This Role Is Best For Someone Who: - Knows how to sell professionally. - Can confidently speak with potential clients. - Understands how to build trust and handle objections. - Can follow up without being heavily supervised. - Wants a flexible remote contract role. - Is comfortable with a commission-based structure. - Can close qualified clients. Important Note: - This is a commission-based contract role. - There is no base salary at this time. - You can earn up to $160 USD per month recurring commission for every successful active client you close. - The more qualified clients you close, the more recurring commission you can build.
