Reporting to the Accounting Team Lead, this role offers hands-on exposure across financial reporting, month‑end close, analysis, and a wide range of corporate accounting activities—all within a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.What You’ll DoPrepare month‑end and year‑end financial reporting under US GAAPPerform Balance Sheet and Income Statement analysisPrepare GL reconciliations, CAPEX tracking, depreciation, and payroll entries. As well as prepare sales tax filings (GST/QST, PST)Support treasury, intercompany, FX, and record‑to‑report processesPartner cross‑functionally and contribute to audits (CRA & Revenue Québec)Get involved in ad hoc projects and continuous process improvementsWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance3+ years’ experience in a similar accounting role (GL & month‑end close)Fully bilingual in French & English (read, write, speak)Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independentlyExcel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)Experience with ERP systems (Great Plains, JDE, SAP, with BlackLine an asset)✨ Why Join?
