The Role:
- You will own LA SIESTA's Amazon presence end-to-end: catalog, Buy Box, advertising, SEO, and conversion.
- You will work independently as a remote team member, coordinate directly with our Miami office, and loop in our German HQ on product and brand matters.
- You are not just running campaigns; you are building a system, and you will have the tools and the mandate to improve how we operate on Amazon over time.
Responsibilities:
Catalog & Listings:
- Own and maintain the LA SIESTA catalog on Amazon: parent/child structures, variations, attributes, and content.
- Create and update listings independently, including A+ content and storefront.
- Design catalog assets and visuals yourself; you produce what you need, no agency dependency.
- Ensure listing health and resolve suppressed/blocked ASINs proactively.
Buy Box & Pricing:
- Monitor Buy Box ownership and pricing competitiveness across all active ASINs.
- Identify Buy Box loss patterns and act fast: pricing, fulfillment, or seller issues.
- Coordinate with the team on repricing strategy where needed.
Advertising (PPC):
- Manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
- Use buying intent signals and search term data to drive campaign structure and bidding decisions.
- Optimize based on ACOS/ROAS targets: not just spend, but profit contribution.
- Run systematic keyword harvesting and negative keyword management.
SEO & Conversion:
- Research and apply high-intent keywords to titles, bullets, backend, and A+ content.
- Run conversion audits: identify and fix friction in listing content, images, or positioning.
- Analyze traffic versus conversion gaps to prioritize action.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Pull and interpret Seller Central reports, Brand Analytics, and Search Term data.
- Track KPIs (sessions, CVR, ACOS, revenue, BSR) and report clearly to the US team.
- Connect data dots across catalog, ads, and SEO to find leverage points.
Tool Development & AI Collaboration:
- Work with our proprietary Claude-based Amazon plugin: use it daily, push its limits.
- Identify gaps in the plugin's skills and commands, and contribute to improving them.
- Use Claude, Cowork, and/or Claude Code to automate repetitive tasks and build better workflows.
What You Bring:
Must-Have:
- 3+ years managing Amazon Seller Central accounts (non-FBA experience required).
- Hands-on catalog setup experience: not just edits, but builds from scratch.
- Proven Buy Box management and competitive analysis.
- Strong PPC skills: campaign architecture, bid strategy, and data-driven optimization.
- Amazon SEO expertise: keyword research, placement strategy, and content optimization.
- Conversion optimization mindset: you read listings like a buyer.
- Fluent in English: written and verbal, professional level.
- Self-directed: you manage your own time, communicate proactively, and don't wait to be asked.
Strongly Preferred:
- Technical background: you are comfortable with data, APIs, or automation.
- Design skills: you can produce your own listing images and catalog visuals (Canva, Photoshop, Figma, or equivalent).
- Experience with Claude AI, Cowork, or Claude Code.
- Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or AI-assisted workflows.
- Experience working across international teams (US/Europe).
