The team is on a mission to transform access to quality, timely behavioral health care through innovative telepsychiatry solutions and services spanning the entire care continuum, from the hospital to the home.Array is hiring an evening specialist, 100% virtual Psychiatrist to provide measurement-based, culturally humble episodic care to patients in acute crisis across various settings and states. You will immerse yourself in emergency departments, hospital medical floors, or crisis stabilization units—from the comfort of your own home. Array Emergency Psychiatrists collaborate with onsite professionals to determine a timely disposition and use evidence-based practices to provide care to vulnerable individuals experiencing mental health crises.Evenings include hours from 2:00PM until 12:00AM EST.Array will support getting additional state licensure for active, board-certified or board-Eligible Psychiatrists. If you don’t see a job posting in a state you are actively licensed in, please feel free to apply.What you’ll doSimultaneously serve multiple emergency rooms, hospital medical floors, and psychiatric crisis programs to evaluate and treat patients in crisis and find the most appropriate and least restrictive level of careReceive support throughout your shift by a 24/7 access center that triages cases and ensures you have what you need to successfully treat each patientDirect and/or implement psychotherapeutic treatments and prescribe medication to treat mental, emotional, or behavioral disordersUtilize a collaborative care approach within your partner’s healthcare treatment teamWhat we’re looking forBoard-certified or board-eligible PsychiatristUnrestricted, independent licensureEstablished and updated CAQH and FCVS profilesExperience providing psychiatric care to all age groupsTreating patients in acute crisis and providing stabilizing treatment in 24/7 settingsCommunicating with patients from various backgrounds and providing culturally competent careExperience working with multiple EMRs at the same timeAdvanced technical proficiency, including using hardware (laptop, camera, monitors), Windows systems, Microsoft software, and EMR software over several years of experience in telehealthAbility to thrive in a supportive, collaborative, solutions-oriented, inclusive environmentInterest in being a clinician in a thriving behavioral health care modalityPassion for the mission to transform access to quality behavioral care through innovative applications of technologyPosition logistics100% remote positionRequired to have a private office space in home or elsewhere for confidentialityMay need to work with Array to obtain additional state licensure and DEA licenses; Array will support the process and cover costs and/or reimburse out-of-pocket expensesCompensation and benefitsThe pay range for this role is $150 - $195 an hour.
