This is your stage.Core TasksDesign, build, and deploy agentic AI systems that autonomously plan, execute, and optimize marketing tasks (e.g., campaign setup, ad testing, creative generation, and reporting)Integrate LLMs, APIs, and marketing platforms (Roku ads platform, Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.) into cohesive multi-step agent frameworksDevelop memory, reasoning, and feedback loops for agents to improve over timeImplement automation pipelines connecting data sources (e.g., CRM, Sheets, analytics dashboards) to agentic workflowsCollaborate with marketing and data teams to identify high-ROI use cases for AI agentMaintain system performance, logging, and monitoring to ensure safe, efficient operationMust Haves5+ years of development experience with Python or Node.jsStrong understanding of LLMs, vector databases, API orchestration, and agent frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, etc.)Proven experience integrating marketing APIs (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)Familiarity with prompt engineering, tool calling, and autonomous task planningExperience with cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, or Azure)Strong communication and documentation skillsStrong (C-level) written and verbal English communication skillsAbility to work full-time ESTNice to HavesPrior experience in marketing automation or ad tech systemsExposure to React, RAG, or self-reflective agent architecturesExperience working in a startup or fast paced environment
