The team is collaborative, detail-oriented, and values long-term partnerships with both clients and contractors. Position Overview: We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee Division 10 commercial projects from planning through closeout. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, budgets, procurement, and vendor/GC coordination, ensuring successful delivery of multiple projects while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Manage procurement, submittals, and material tracking. Coordinate with subcontractors, general contractors, and vendors. Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards. Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting. Lead project closeouts and handoffs. Qualifications: 3+ years’ experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction. Excellent English (written and spoken), with strong stakeholder communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects under pressure. Strong organizational skills and initiative. Nice-to-Haves: Experience with Division 10 construction. Familiarity with Procore, Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, and communication tools. Familiarity with Bluebeam, Smartsheet, or Lean/Last Planner systems. Advanced Excel skills. Bilingual (Spanish/English). Background in U.S. commercial construction environments.
