You’ll manage outbound tooling, build reporting infrastructure, conduct broker list research and qualification, and work closely with production underwriting and leadership to continuously improve performance.
This role is highly operational and hands-on. You will spend much of your time working directly inside tools like HubSpot, AirCall, and spreadsheets, investigating issues, managing data, and supporting outbound operations in real time. This role combines systems building with day-to-day operational support for outbound sales activities.
