(Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies)Responsible for supporting the Contracts Manager in the administration, review, and coordination of company contracts.Assist with contract documentation, compliance tracking, and agreement processing, including Non-Disclosure Agreements, 1099 independent contractor agreements, teaming agreements, and subcontract (SubK) agreementsProvides foundational experience in contract lifecycle management within a government contracting environment.RequirementsEligibility to obtain a U.S. Government PUBLIC TRUST / SECRET / TOP SECRET Clearance.
