Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Business Development & Sales Manager to drive the adoption of our generative AI platform within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors. This role is essential for establishing DIP as a leader in AI-driven clinical development. The position is responsible for identifying and closing landmark deals with pharmaceutical companies and CROs, demonstrating how our platform can transform their clinical trial workflows, including automated documentation, intelligent data management and programming, and intelligent clinical trials. Key Responsibilities: * Drive the end-to-end sales cycle for our AI-native platform, targeting stakeholders in clinical operations, data management, regulatory affairs, and medical writing. * Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve growth targets in the US market. * Articulate a clear value proposition, demonstrating how DIP’s platform can deliver a faster clinical trial setup and reduce manual work. * Educate prospective clients on the capabilities of our solutions, including automated generation of protocols and Clinical Study Reports (CSRs), intelligent database architecture, and real-time safety monitoring. * Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities with pharmaceutical companies, biotechs, and Clinical Research Organizations (CROs). * Lead complex contract negotiations and close high-value enterprise-level agreements. * Collaborate with product and AI engineering teams to provide market feedback and inform the platform’s future roadmap. * Represent DIP at industry conferences and events, positioning yourself as a thought leader in generative AI for clinical trials. Qualifications: * 3+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, selling SaaS, platform, or human service solutions to the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry. * Understanding of the clinical trial lifecycle, from study startup to regulatory submission. * Experience engaging with and selling to V-level and C-suite executives in clinical development. * Familiarity with generative AI, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes. * Proven record of exceeding sales quotas and closing six-figure or higher deals. * Communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to simplify complex AI concepts. * Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot. * Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or a related field; an advanced degree (MSc, PhD, MBA) is a plus.
