Requirements and responsibilities

We are looking for a reliable full-stack developer to take ownership of the ongoing maintenance, bug fixes, and incremental improvements for this platform. This is a hands-on role focused on keeping the system stable, secure, and running smoothly in production. Responsibilities: - Investigate and resolve bugs across the Admin Portal, Patient Portal, and backend APIs. - Monitor application health and respond to production issues. - Perform routine dependency updates and security patches. - Maintain and optimize MySQL stored procedures and database queries. - Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes across five environments. - Manage AWS infrastructure including EC2, ECS, S3, CloudFront, and RDS. - Collaborate with stakeholders to scope and deliver minor feature enhancements. - Maintain documentation for system changes and operational procedures. Required Skills: Frontend: - Angular 18. - React 18. - Bootstrap. - Chart.js. - Socket.IO. Backend: - Node.js. - Express. - MySQL. - Redis. - JWT. - REST APIs. Infrastructure: - AWS. - Docker. - PM2. - Bitbucket Pipelines. Integrations: - Stripe. - Twilio. - Sentry. - Nodemailer. Additional Requirements: - Proficient in English. - Available on weekends for a 5-hour production support window. - Hands-on AWS experience. Nice to Have: - Healthcare / HIPAA systems experience. - AES encryption knowledge. - Winston logging and Sentry observability.
