If you are the kind of operator who would rather build equity in something you own than collect a paycheck for someone else's vision, keep reading.What this actually is:Not a recruitment job.Not a sales role.You would be building a staffing business from zero—landing the first major clients, standing up delivery capability, and scaling a global operation across IT, Engineering, Healthcare, and beyond.What you'd own:End-to-end recruitment strategy and sourcing across focus sectorsClient relationships — from first conversation to long-term partnershipDesigning staffing and RPO solutions tailored to client needsGo-to-market — sales, marketing, and employer branding to grow the talent networkShaping business strategy alongside the founding teamWho we're looking for:Verified, direct client relationships with active hiring accounts (strongly preferred)Track record in staffing, recruitment, RPO, or executive search — IT, Engineering, or Healthcare a plusStrong sales instincts — you can open doors and close dealsSharp analytical and market research skillsA genuine commitment to equitable, inclusive hiring practicesComfortable in a remote, fast-moving, build-it-yourself environmentEntrepreneurial or co-founder experience is a strong plusWhere you're based: Anywhere and this is a full-time remote role.
