A by-women company and the largest online pleasure product retailer in North America, Bellesa is on a mission to close the pleasure gap by normalizing pleasure and making sexual wellness accessible and fun.Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic, creative and outgoing Social Media Assistant to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sexual wellness and sex positivity with a solid understanding of social media and online trends. You will work closely with our Social Media Coordinator and Marketing Team to assist in creating fun, engaging content that resonates with our audience across social media channels.Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Tasks:Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing social media content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, Facebook, Twitter, and moreMonitor social media channels and engage with our community in a timely, authentic wayHelp track and report on social media performance metricsManage DMs promptly, flagging any issues to the relevant teams and fostering positive community engagementEngage with partnered influencer campaigns and relevant third party contentCreate and schedule links in LinktreeSupport Social Media Coordinator as neededAccount Management:Monitor account performance and community engagementRespond to comments and DMs in a timely and professional manner across all platformsCollaboration:Participate in marketing meetings and contribute creative ideas to support broader marketing initiativesAssist with other marketing projects as neededQualifications1+ year experience in social media or related field is preferredAbility to work independently and as part of a teamComfortable adapting to fast paced, evolving environmentsExperience with scheduling platforms (such as Sprout) considered an assetAbility to spot and predict online trendsSelf proclaimed “chronically online”What We OfferA dynamic and inclusive work environment where your contributions make a real impactOpportunities for professional growth and developmentA chance to be part of a company that's changing the conversation around sexual wellnessEmployer-sponsored health and dental planRemote position with option to go into the office;Montreal office location near St-Henri, with free street parking available and large open-concept bright workplace and a kitchen stocked with free coffee, tea, and snacksHow to ApplyIf you are excited about joining Bellesa’s social media team (and being hilarious and h0rny on the internet) we want to hear from you!
