Requirements and responsibilities
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Admin VA to support a fast-paced, event-driven organization. You’ll handle member management, marketing tasks, and website updates, playing a key role in keeping operations smooth behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and audit Airtable member database.
* Manage social media tasks and post monthly highlights.
* Update events and client profiles on Wix.
* Track and update partner events in Airtable.
* Send VIP tickets and organize event materials.
* Upload resumes, distribute discount codes, and handle ad hoc tasks.
* Design flyers and ensure accuracy across platforms.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience with Airtable and Wix (required).
* Familiar with Constant Contact, Calendly, LinkedIn.
* Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
* Able to manage tasks independently.
Bonus:
* Canva or similar graphic design skills.
* SEO experience, as well as social media and digital marketing skills.
