This job can be performed remotely from a safe, quiet home office with reliable high-speed internet.Job DescriptionOasis is seeking an assertive and ambitious Regional Account Manager to grow opportunities within an assigned book of business, assist in the day-to-day processing of cases, and assist in helping the Regional Directors. This person should be a relationship builder with the ability to work fast and efficiently, and with an incredible ability to multi-task. This role will allow you the opportunity to both open up new business within existing accounts and help manage accounts.Position ResponsibilitiesAssists Directors with day-to-day activities with attorneys, paralegals and firms, and internal departments in order to get approved fundingsBuild rapport, nurture, and grow existing Oasis relationshipsHandles incoming calls professionally with clear communication and prompt follow throughSends internal and external emails to other company departments, plaintiffs, attorneys, and other funding companiesReviews contracts and facilitates contract signaturesHandles plaintiff-related questions related to current casesWorks in an organized fashion with an extreme attention to detail on all tasksServes as a back-up for Directors and other Regional Account Managers when neededRequired Skills and Experience1-2 years of sales experience preferred • High School graduate required; College degree preferredExperience working in the Personal Injury field or Pre-Settlement Funding a plusCustomer service experience preferred; strong relationship building skills a mustExcellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a strong aptitude to listenExcellent PC skills (email, MS Office including Microsoft Word and Excel)Possess a high level of drive, motivation, and goal-orientationBe organized, detail- oriented, confident, positive, passionate, deadline oriented and compassionateAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with strong ability to multi-taskBenefitsOasis offers competitive compensation (salary and commission) and benefits that include medical, dental and vision plans, 401(k) with company match, flexible spending account and paid time off.
