Requirements and responsibilities

Who we are: - Bunny Studio is the premium platform for human-created voice, audio, and creative content. - In a world flooded with AI-generated content, we've taken the opposite stance: we believe that human creativity is irreplaceable, and we're building a business that proves it every day. What you'll do: - You'll own and lead our marketing engine. - That means building content systems, directing video production (we have the freelancers and producers, you'll lead the strategy and creative direction), running outreach to our database, experimenting with podcasting, and designing the automations that make all of it scale. - You'll work closely with our Head Of Operations, but you'll be coached directly by our CEO. - You'll be the one driving execution. You're right for this role if: - You've built or automated something impressive and you're proud to show it. - You have a genuine opinion about AI and its impact on human work — even better if you've said it publicly. - You'd rather figure something out than wait for someone to explain it. - "I don't know yet, but I'll find out" is part of your vocabulary. You're not the right fit if: - Your first question about a job is about the schedule. - You've never automated anything in your life. - You think AI-generated content is good enough. Compensation: - $2,500–$3,000/month + yearly bonus tied to a conversion or revenue metric agreed on upfront. What to expect from our process: - Application — Answer 5 questions and send your CV. No fluff. - Interview with Juan Pedro Narancio (Head of OPS) — A 30-minute conversation about how you think and work. - Interview with Alex (CEO) — A 30-minute technical call. - IQ Test — A short async cognitive assessment. - Resourcefulness Test — You'll be given 24 hours to complete a simple task. - Proposal — We review everything and if you make it, we'll hand you a proposal.
