Requirements and responsibilities

Project Management & Workflow - Manage marketing tasks in ClickUp from intake through completion. - Triage incoming requests, assign priorities, and route work appropriately. - Track deliverables, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure deadlines are met. - Maintain organized folder structures and file naming conventions in Egnyte. Content & Design Execution - Create graphics and visual assets in Canva following brand guidelines. - Build and edit email templates in BeeFree.io. - Export and configure emails in HubSpot for deployment. - Ensure all content meets accessibility standards (ALT text, contrast ratios, mobile optimization). Marketing Automation & Data - Manage contact lists and segmentation in HubSpot. - Maintain data hygiene: update contact properties, merge duplicates, manage suppressions. - Schedule and publish social media content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. - Add UTM tracking to campaigns and maintain consistent naming conventions. Cross-Functional Support - Coordinate with internal teams on marketing requests. - Document processes and maintain SOPs. - Support campaign execution across all Family Inceptions brands.
