Job DescriptionCome join our team in Fort Collins as a great Repair Technician for Bone Dry Roofing.Our Roofing Repair Technicians complete a variety of roofing jobs for Bone Dry Roofing customers, all while providing exceptional service. Here at Bone Dry we also believe in setting our technicians up for success with training opportunities, and incredible support.Duties and ResponsibilitiesComplete Roof Repairs in a timely and effective manner.Remove snow, water, or debris from roofs prior to applying materials.Use Ladders Safely and Effectively for safe access to roofs.Communicate consistently with customers before, during, and at the end of the projectBe on call for after-hours emergency calls, if on rotation.Prepare invoices and collect payment at completion of projects.Look for other necessary repairs and share suggestions with your manager.Follow all safety procedures.This position is required to work a minimum of two Saturdays per month, March through November.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentValid driver's licensePass a background checkMust be able to lift 50 lbs.Must be able to climb a ladder safely and work at elevated heights on roofs and inspect atticsWillingness to travel up to 5 %Industry experience preferred but not required - we will train!Military service a plusCompensation and BenefitsHourly pay range $18- $30 commensurate with experience or 100% commission options availableMedical, vision, and dental insurance availableCompany paid life insuranceCompany paid short-term disability401(k) planPTO, vacation, and sick timeCompany phone, truck, and fuel provided for company use (this is not a take home vehicle)About the CompanyBone Dry Roofing is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
