We’d love to meet them. 🚀Sourcy is hiring a Commerce Operations Manager to take ownership of our end-to-end commerce operations — from order creation and customer collection through sourcing, supplier payments, fulfillment, reconciliation, and exception handling.We’re looking for someone with strong e-commerce / marketplace operations experience, people-management experience, a systems and process mindset, and professional working proficiency in both English and Chinese.🌏 Fully remote📈 5+ years of relevant experience preferred💡 Workflow improvement / automation experience is a plus
