Founded in 1990 and proudly independent, they work for some of the most famous brands in the world out of their studios in New York, London and Shanghai. JKR is looking for a Project Manager to work within client teams across the business. The role will specialize in an area of production and become a defining and guiding force at JKR from a 360 creative perspective. As a member of a well-rounded team of specialists, you will be pivotal in guiding and developing work across the business, working on specific client work across several verticals on the business ecosystem. Project Managers will also function as their own standalone team, contributing to scoping new work collectively. You will report to the Director of Creative Services. Responsibilities: - Act as liaison between internal and external teams - Route and track creative changes through the studio, and making sure all internal and external needs are being met - Work with external vendors to get accurate cost estimates for scopes of work and production - Recommend solutions and vendors for various project types in various scopes - Ensure projects are delivered on time, to specification, and at the highest quality - Work with finance to oversee the billing process and budget - Attend client meetings and design meetings - Support the new business teams through SOW development to ensure accurate successful resourcing and project planning - Monitor, track, and produce projects tracked via Asana
