As a Sunny Bliss Inside Sales Representative, you will make outbound calls to homeowners who have requested service or received an estimate. You’ll serve as a trusted liaison — providing information about our plumbing and HVAC services, answering questions, scheduling appointments, and helping customers move forward with confidence. You’ll work collaboratively with our team to ensure a seamless and professional experience for every client. This is a full-time remote position based in Colombia. Working hours are 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST, including weekends. You must be available on Zoom with your camera on during working hours. What you'll do: * Make outbound calls to follow up on unsold service leads and invoices. * Schedule maintenance and service appointments confidently. * Build rapport and help customers understand the value of our solutions. * Negotiate and close deals with professionalism. * Keep our CRM updated with complete and accurate information. * Handle high volumes of outbound calls daily. * Meet individual and team sales targets and call handling quotas. * Participate in training and coaching to continually improve your skills. * Represent Sunny Bliss positively and enthusiastically on every call. Basic requirements: * Fluent in English (spoken and written). * Availability to work 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST, including weekends. * Minimum of 12 months of sales and customer service experience. * Strong phone contact handling and active listening skills. * Proficiency with computer systems, CRMs, and cloud-based tools. * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. * Must type 40 WPM or more. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong reading comprehension and basic math abilities. * Willingness to take on additional tasks as needed. * Be kind and professional — always.
