Job description: Driven and creative Growth Marketer/Marketing Assistant, ready to enhance the company’s social media presence and execute effective growth strategies across diverse platforms. Responsibilities: - Social Media Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement strategies to increase Followers, engagement, and conversions across multiple platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter. - Bilingual Content Creation: Generate compelling content in both Spanish and English to engage a diverse audience, ensuring content is culturally relevant and resonant across different demographics. - Data-Driven Optimization: Use analytics to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns and adjust strategies based on performance data. - Community Engagement: Manage interactions within our social media and digital communities, fostering relationships and enhancing brand loyalty. - Campaign Collaboration: Work closely with the advertising team to synchronize social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns, ensuring a cohesive brand message. - Reporting: Regularly track and report on social media growth and other key performance indicators to the CMO and relevant stakeholders.
