Requirements and responsibilities

We are an orthopedic clinic located in NY. We are looking for a versatile medical virtual assistant who can handle a variety of tasks, including: * Handling billing tasks, including processing claims, with NF and WC experience as a plus. * Communicating fluently in Spanish and English. * Acting as a medical receptionist, managing patient inquiries, and scheduling appointments. * Assisting with insurance verification. * Supporting general administrative duties as needed. * Being available to work weekends and overtime when required. * Using Athena EMR efficiently.
