Requirements and responsibilities

ROLE: As our Automation Architect & Implementation Expert & AI Expert, you will own our entire automation stack with end-to-end responsibility. Your key functions include: - Designing and implementing complex automations across various business processes to streamline operations and reduce manual effort. - Optimizing and continuously improving existing systems to enhance scalability, reliability, and performance. - Building insightful dashboards and monitoring solutions to track automation effectiveness and operational metrics. - Integrating AI tools to leverage cutting-edge technologies for content personalization and process enhancement. - Proactively identifying and proposing innovative automation and AI solutions that align with business goals. Immediate projects include developing an AI content personalization system, automating student onboarding flows, overhauling the billing system, and creating performance dashboards for real-time analytics. REQUIREMENTS We seek a highly skilled technical partner with a mindset of a business owner who asks "why" before "how." You must be a critical thinker who naturally challenges assumptions, proposes continuous improvements, and focuses on systemic solutions. Technical Skill Requirements: - Expertise in GoHighLevel with 2+ years of experience implementing complex automations. - Advanced user of n8n and Make.com (formerly Integromat) for orchestration and automation workflows. - Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to customize and extend automation capabilities effectively. - Strong experience integrating APIs to connect disparate systems seamlessly. - Experience with AI tools is a highly desirable bonus. Mindset and Soft Skills: - A natural skeptic who questions assumptions and measures outcomes. - System thinker who understands entire workflows and their impact on business value. - Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate technical concepts and collaborate with stakeholders.
