Part-time Assistant to Christian Busch - Miami-based Real Estate Broker and Investor
Christian Busch is a seasoned Real Estate Broker and Investor based in Miami, focusing on serving high-net-worth clients interested in \$1MM+ properties. As the Founder of Glass Cube Investments and a Venture Scout at Notable Capital, Christian is dedicated to building strong connections within the tech and real estate sectors. With a multicultural background and extensive experience in international expansion, Christian is on a mission to establish himself as a thought leader in the industry.
Currently, Christian is seeking a proactive, self-starting assistant to support him in a variety of tasks related to content creation, research, and outreach, among other responsibilities. This is a part-time role, perfect for a student or junior professional looking to gain experience in marketing, real estate, or tech, while working independently in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
* Support in generating leads for the real estate brokerage.
* Assist with content creation and outreach efforts related to real estate, tech, and entrepreneurship.
* Conduct self-driven research and prepare articles and content for various platforms.
* Help with organizing schedules and ensuring deadlines are met.
* Collaborate with Christian to brainstorm new content ideas and strategies for outreach.
* Identify and explore relevant stories or topics for Christian to comment on, leveraging his expertise.
* Develop and maintain content on a website and assist with social media management.
* Help with basic website updates and maintenance, ensuring the site is visually appealing and up to date.
* Assist with basic design tasks and marketing outreach.
* Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.) for content creation and research.
* Manage and prioritize tasks independently, without requiring constant supervision.
* Provide miscellaneous support on projects and ideas in an executive assistant capacity.
Requirements:
* Fluency in English.
* Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
* Strong interest in marketing, real estate, and tech.
* Familiarity with AI tools for content creation (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity).
* Comfortable with content creation and outreach efforts, including research and writing.
* Interest in the real estate and tech sectors is a plus.
* Ability to overlap with Miami time zone (part-time, between 9-5 EST) for Zoom meetings with Christian. The rest of the communication will be via WhatsApp. Candidates must be located in a time zone no further east than GMT+1.
* Available to start ASAP.
