As a Driver Operations Associate at FREENOW, you will play a key role in developing, managing, and building relationships with drivers using the FREENOW platform. Your responsibilities will include delivering exceptional and personalized support to drivers, onboarding new drivers, conducting quality follow-ups, and driving excellence through engaging driver campaigns. You will also contribute to additional projects, from deploying on-car advertisements to improving the driver app and conducting competitor research. The role requires excellent customer service, organizational skills, and the ability to make data-driven decisions. Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential for this role. Responsibilities: - Delivering exceptional and personalized support to drivers through face-to-face visits and offline interactions - Onboarding new drivers and providing comprehensive training - Conducting quality follow-ups and actions to increase driver engagement - Driving excellence through engaging driver campaigns and empowering drivers to achieve remarkable performance - Contributing to additional projects, such as deploying on-car advertisements, improving the driver app, reporting bugs, conducting tests, and conducting competitor research
