We’re building bridges between online, social and land-based gaming businesses to create amazing, integrated experiences that keep players in the game. Rush Street Interactive is looking for a Mobile Analyst to join our team in Belgrade. As a Mobile Analyst, you will use your in-depth knowledge of mobile systems and technologies to analyze mobile app performance, user behavior, and market trends. You will work closely with application developers, product owners, and engineering managers to plan, design, and implement mobile applications that meet end users' needs. If you are passionate about mobile analytics, have a strong analytical mindset, and are eager to contribute to the growth of a rapidly expanding company in the online casino and sports betting industry, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: - Define and utilise comprehensive monitoring and alerting tools for key user flows specific to mobile app performance - Prepare and present reports to stakeholders, propose initiatives that will improve the user experience on mobile devices - Work with Engineers, Product Owners, and Engineering Managers to translate and document technical and functional user requirements into functioning technical solutions - Advise Product Owners and Engineering Managers on potential risks and blockers regarding requirements - Be involved with teams outside the mobile area to assist them with features they intend to integrate into the mobile apps - Contribute to the Quality Assistance processes and the assurance of delivery quality - Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the mobile space
