Overnight shifts available.About the RoleWe are looking for compassionate and skilled EAP Clinical Counsellors to provide support to clients across Canada. This is a fully remote position, offering night shifts and the option for full-time (40 hours/week) or part-time (30 hours/week) work. Salary is $74,000 (night), plus competitive benefits.What We’re Looking ForMaster’s degree in mental health (social work, counselling, psychology, or related field).Licensure is not required; we actively support your journey to obtaining it through clinical supervision and dedicated allowances.Fluency in English and French.Minimum of 2 years of direct client contact providing counselling or mental health services.Experience with clinical assessment tools and short-term counselling modalities such as Solution-Focused Therapy, CBT, Mindfulness, Integrative, or Systemic counselling.Training in crisis intervention and supporting high-risk clients is a plus.Ability to work with clients experiencing substance abuse, crisis situations, mental health symptoms, or relationship/family challenges.What You’ll DoAs a Clinical Counsellor, you will connect with clients via phone, video, chat, and email, creating a safe and supportive space where they feel heard and understood.
