We're hiring: Head of Growth for a fast-growing subscription DTC brand.This is an operator role. You own acquisition, run paid on Meta and TikTok, optimize funnels, manage lifecycle, and report on the numbers that actually matter: CAC, LTV, payback period. Not a strategist who delegates. Someone who still gets into the account.What makes this specific: subscription-first model, US and UK markets, founders who move fast. If you've only worked at agencies, this one's probably not for you.5 to 8+ years in growth or performance marketing. At least 3 inside DTC brands. Subscription experience is a must.
