We’re looking for a strategic, relationship-driven leader who thrives in the field and knows how to drive growth in a competitive environment.As a Market Development Manager, you’ll partner closely with Sales Leadership, Regional Managers, and field teams to open new opportunities, influence key stakeholders, and accelerate market expansion. This is a high-visibility role with direct impact on revenue growth, talent acquisition, and long-term success across your geography.What You’ll Do:Drive market expansion by building and strengthening relationships with both KOL and community surgeonsPartner with Regional Managers and field sales teams to identify and execute growth opportunities across assigned territoriesAct as a brand ambassador for VB Spine, confidently telling our story and representing our legacy in spineOpen doors to new surgeon and hospital relationships, supporting sales teams in gaining access and increasing case volumeMentor and influence direct reps and distributor partners to elevate performance and consistency across marketsCollaborate cross-functionally — working up, across, and down the organization to align strategy and executionIdentify, recruit, and help onboard top spine sales talent to strengthen market presenceDevelop and manage target lists focused on surgeon engagement, competitive conversions, and revenue growthAnalyze opportunities to ensure strong ROI and market viability, taking ownership of outcomes and follow-throughEngage in the field through cases, meetings, and industry events to drive visibility and credibilityWhat You Bring:8+ years of sales experience within the Spine industryProven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive business growthStrong business acumen with the ability to analyze markets and identify opportunitiesExceptional communication skills — both written and verbalExperience working independently with a high level of accountability and ownershipAbility to navigate complex environments and manage multiple priorities effectivelyProficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar)Willingness to travel 50–70%Why VB Spine?We’re building something special — and we’re doing it with intention. The typical pay range for this position is $200,000 – $250,000 annually, with potential for bonuses and incentives plus benefits. VB Spine reserves the right to offer compensation outside of this listed range.
