Requirements and responsibilities


Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with sales and business development teams to identify and develop opportunities for the company’s product portfolio. - Communicate with clients and prospects to evaluate leads, define needs, and shape appropriate solution approaches. - Support the sales team in understanding client requirements and conducting initial pre-demo analysis. - Lead technical and functional discussions during client meetings and pre-sales activities, ensuring clear and precise requirement capture. - Act as the main contact point throughout the pre-sales cycle — from scoping and solution design to technical proposal preparation — in cooperation with sales, delivery, product, and support teams. - Prepare solution scope documents aligned with client expectations and ensure accurate transfer of requirements to delivery/product teams for estimation and implementation. - Develop demo scripts and scenarios, and coordinate product demonstrations and workshops. - Oversee and coordinate the full bidding process, including RFI and RFP responses. - Prepare Statements of Work and other necessary contractual or commercial documentation. - Support various sales enablement activities as needed. - Manage end-to-end sales engagement in coordination with product owners, presales, and project management teams. - Ensure effective collaboration across teams to fully understand and address client needs. - Work with the bidding team to produce proposals and documentation outlining business requirements and capabilities. - Maintain and actively use CRM systems to keep client information updated and structured. - Analyze and compare competitor solutions against company offerings. - Translate documents and materials between English and Spanish, including client materials. - Explore and identify new market opportunities and potential business areas. Requirements: - University degree in any discipline. - Solid experience in presales and solution design within LATAM markets, ideally in banking or financial services. - Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong written and spoken English skills. - Knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage. - Ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all organizational levels. - Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities. - Good understanding of banking systems and payment ecosystems. - Highly organized, self-driven, goal-oriented, and proactive. - Ability to create SWOT analyses and position solutions effectively against competitors across different markets. - Strong knowledge of global payment systems, including real-time payments, retail payment rails, and overall payments ecosystem. - Familiarity with PSD2, Open Banking, Payment Hubs, SWIFT, and SEPA. - Experience preparing presentations, analytical reports, and business documentation. - Ability to engage with senior decision-makers in banks or central banks and influence discussions. - Continuous awareness of market trends and developments in the payments industry across relevant regions. - Strong soft skills: communication, time management, leadership, teamwork, and analytical thinking.
