Overview:
- We are looking for a high-impact Talent Sourcer — Medical Admin to own the top of the recruitment funnel by sourcing, engaging, and qualifying candidates within the medical administration space.
- In this role, you will act as the driving force behind pipeline generation—leveraging your network, proactively sourcing candidates, and ensuring a strong flow of qualified talent into the hiring process.
- You will play a key role in speed, quality, and efficiency across our recruitment operations.

Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Management:
- Leverage internal databases and personal networks before sourcing externally.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of medical administrative candidates.
- Proactively reach out to candidates to confirm interest, availability, timelines, and compensation alignment.
- Post roles across job boards and social platforms and monitor traction.
Screening & Candidate Evaluation:
- Screen and filter incoming applications against role criteria.
- Conduct initial candidate evaluations quickly and decisively.
- Send, track, and review candidate assessments.
- Make clear recommendations based on candidate quality and fit.
Candidate Engagement & Outreach:
- Engage candidates proactively rather than relying on inbound applications.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates within the healthcare admin space.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience.
Operational & ATS Management:
- Upload and manage candidate profiles in ATS (e.g., RecruiterFlow).
- Ensure all candidate submissions are complete with notes, assessments, and summaries.
- Maintain clean, structured documentation for each candidate.
Process & Handoff Management:
- Prepare fully packaged candidate profiles for the next stage of hiring.
- Ensure no gaps in candidate documentation or evaluation.
- Support a high-velocity recruitment process with speed and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience sourcing for medical administrative roles (Required).
- Proven experience hiring for roles such as billers, patient care coordinators, and similar.
- Strong existing network within healthcare administration (Required).
- Experience using ATS platforms (RecruiterFlow preferred).
- Strong ability to evaluate candidates quickly and accurately.
- Excellent communication and outreach skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Experience:
- Sourcing medical administrative talent: 4+ years (Required).
- Working with healthcare admin roles (billers, coordinators, etc.): 4+ years (Required).
- Building and maintaining candidate networks: 4+ years (Required).
- Screening and evaluating candidates: 4+ years (Required).
- Using ATS or recruiting tools: 2+ years (Preferred).
- Managing high-volume or fast-paced recruitment pipelines: 2+ years (Preferred).
Work Location: Remote.
Pay:
- $1,000 - $1,200 per month + Bonus.
Work Schedule:
- Work hours: 40 hours per week.
- Work timing: 9 am to 6 pm.
